KA-7,5
New motor oil КА-7,5 was developed in cooperation with the leading institute - FAU "25th State Institute of chemmotology, Ministry of Defense of RF".
In the process of development of oil KA-7.5, there was accounted all the wide experience of application of the oil MN-7,5u, as well as foreign oils Castrol-98 and Turbonycoil-98. As a result, oil KA-7,5 provides start-up and reliable operation of aircraft engines at temperatures from 40°C to 50°C below zero, with no pre-heating. It ensures efficient alerting of military equipment and reduction of maintenance costs of civil equipment. Thus, in contrast to the previously developed MN-7,5u, this oil has excellent parameters and, according to GOST 12.1.007, is equivalent to the 4th class of hazard.

In the process of setting oil production, there was carried out a full range of qualification tests, 2500 hours bench tests on full-size engine, as well as aircraft test flights. Based on the positive results, aircraft oil KA-7.5 is approved for use in military aviation, and in 2013 there were performed first shipments of that oil to the Ministry of defense of RF.
According to the results of researches and conducted field tests, it was recommended to use oil KA-7.5 V as the main brand instead of oil MN-7.5u, for turboprop and turbofan aircraft engines.
Characteristics of oil KA-7,5 afford its application for turboshaft engines and gearboxes of helicopters instead of oils B-3V and LZ-240 (or imported analogue - Turbonycoil-98).
